We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3Who we share data with

We share limited data with the following third-party processors, each acting under their own privacy policy:

  • Telegram — to deliver messages and manage channel membership
  • NOWPayments — to process cryptocurrency payments and confirm transaction status
  • Supabase (our database provider) and Railway (our hosting provider) — to store and run the Service

We do not share your data with Kraken or Twelve Data — those are used only to retrieve public market price data and never receive any information about you.

Legal disclosure

We may disclose data where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request from a public authority.

4Data retention

We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations (typically up to [6 years, per UK record-keeping requirements]). You can request earlier deletion — see Section 6.

5International transfers

Our hosting and database providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as required under UK GDPR.

6Your rights

If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@signalline.co.uk.

7Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled databases. 8Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL with a revised "last updated" date.
