1Who we are and what these terms cover

SignalLine ("we", "us", "our"), based in England, operates the website signalline.co.uk and the Telegram channels associated with it (together, the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2What the Service is — and isn't

SignalLine distributes automated cryptocurrency and precious metals trading signals via Telegram, generated by a rules-based technical analysis system. Signals include a suggested entry, target, and stop level, along with a plain-language rationale.

• Signals are generated algorithmically and are not personalised to your financial situation, risk tolerance, or goals.
• Signals are not financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. We are not a financial adviser, broker, or investment manager, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any equivalent body.
• Past performance of any signal, strategy, or backtest is not indicative of future results. Backtested results in particular have inherent limitations, including that they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight.
• We do not guarantee any specific win rate, return, or outcome, whether express or implied, in any communication.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any signal and for all trading, investment, or financial decisions you make. You should consider seeking independent financial advice before trading.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you are legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency and precious metals derivatives or spot products in your jurisdiction of residence, and that your use of the Service does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.

4Subscriptions and tiers

The Service is offered on a subscription basis across three tiers — Basic, Pro, and Enterprise — each granting access to a different set of signal channels, described on the website at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions run for a fixed term of 30 days from activation and do not auto-renew. Access ends automatically at the end of the term unless you purchase a new subscription.
• We will send a reminder via Telegram as your subscription approaches expiry, where possible, but it remains your responsibility to renew if you wish to keep access.
• We reserve the right to change tier pricing, contents, or structure for future subscription periods. Changes will not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.

5Payment

Payments are processed in cryptocurrency via our third-party payment processor, NOWPayments. We do not store your payment card or wallet credentials.

Refunds: Given the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency payments and the immediate provision of digital access on activation, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or at our sole discretion in cases of demonstrable service failure on our part.

6Referral programme

Subscribers may generate a personal referral link via the /referral Telegram command. When someone subscribes for the first time using your referral link and their payment is confirmed, your active subscription is automatically extended by 30 days.

• Referral rewards apply only to genuine, independent new subscribers. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or self-referral activity.
• Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for payment.
• We may modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time, without affecting rewards already credited.

7Telegram access

Access to paid channels is granted via a single-use Telegram invite link tied to your account. Invite links are personal to you and must not be shared, sold, or redistributed. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if invite links are shared or channel content is redistributed outside the Service.

8Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• redistribute, resell, screenshot for public distribution, or republish signals or channel content without our written permission;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy, or mirror signal content;
• attempt to circumvent tier restrictions or access channels above your paid tier;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9Intellectual property

All content, branding, signal formatting, and underlying methodology are the property of SignalLine or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to receive and view signals for your own use — it does not grant any ownership or redistribution rights.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalLine and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, or indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, including any signal, market data, or communication we provide. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11Service availability

We aim to keep the Service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Signal generation depends on third-party market data providers (including Kraken and Twelve Data) and Telegram's own infrastructure, which are outside our control. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or inaccurate signals arising from outages or errors in third-party data or infrastructure.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund for any active subscription period.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
